Business Administrator

Business Administrator Intern (Paid, Part-Time, Hybrid) 

The Brite Group is a growing small business data management company seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Administrator Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience supporting HR operations, employee engagement initiatives, and talent development in a collaborative environment. 

This is a paid, part-time internship ideal for students or recent graduates interested in human resources, business administration, or operations. 

Important Requirement: 
Candidates must reside in a HUBZone-certified area. Please verify your eligibility using the SBA HUBZone map before applying. 

What You’ll Do: 

Work up to 20 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST; hybrid schedule) 

Assist with state tax account setup and HR-related administrative processes 

Conduct applicant reference checks 

Review resumes and help evaluate candidate qualifications 

Support coordination of employee annual performance reviews 

Format and standardize resumes according to company guidelines 

Help create and update job descriptions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) 

Organize and maintain employee records in SharePoint 

Update and manage internal employee tracking spreadsheets 

Provide general administrative support as needed 

What We’re Looking For: 

Interest in HR, business administration, or related field 

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines 

Prior HR or administrative experience is a plus
