About the Role
We're looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our Comms, Media & Technology practice. You'll be designing, developing, and integrating enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions — working closely with architects and tech leads to deliver best-in-class ITSM and CMDB implementations.
What You'll Do
- Develop and configure ServiceNow applications based on architect and tech lead designs
- Build ITSM, CMDB, IntegrationHub, and Flow Designer components
- Create workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and custom applications
- Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems via REST/SOAP APIs and web services
- Perform upgrades, patching, performance monitoring, and platform maintenance
- Troubleshoot issues and optimize platform configurations for peak performance
- Customize forms, fields, tables, workflows, notifications, and access controls
- Maintain thorough technical documentation of workflows, processes, and configurations
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development with ITSM and CMDB
- Proficiency in IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs, and web services
- Experience creating workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and custom applications
- Strong debugging, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting skills
- Valid ServiceNow certification — CSA, CAD, or CIS
- Valid work authorization required
Nice to Have
- Experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities
- Telecom industry experience with ServiceNow
