What You’ll Do
- Support children’s learning through KinderCare’s research-based curriculum
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
- Help children develop socially, emotionally, and academically
- Build strong relationships with families through positive communication
- Follow licensing, health, and safety guidelines
- Work closely with center leaders and fellow teachers
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children preferred (child care, preschool, or similar)
- A genuine passion for helping young children learn and grow
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to meet state licensing requirements
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and actively engage with children indoors and outdoors
