Business Development Intern

Business Development Intern (Paid)

Location: Remote (US-based) / Hybrid in select cities (optional) Duration: At least 3 months Time Commitment: 15–20 hours/week Compensation: Base stipend + performance-based commission


About the Program

We are launching a selective Business Development Internship Program to expand our presence across key US campuses.

This role combines lead generation, partnership development, and growth experimentation, offering hands-on experience in business development within a fast-growing team environment.

Top performers may be considered for a full-time opportunity upon graduation, based on performance and business needs.

Limited spots: Up to 2 interns per campus (rolling review).


What You’ll Do

Identify and qualify leads through campus and community channels (student organizations, social media, events, referrals)

Conduct outreach and initiate conversations with prospective partners or clients

Support campus-based partnership development and community engagement

Track weekly pipeline metrics (leads → qualified → meetings → conversions)

Collaborate with the core team on messaging, outreach strategy, and follow-up workflows

Represent the company professionally as a campus point-of-contact


What We’re Looking For

Currently enrolled undergraduate student (Junior/Senior preferred)

Strong communication skills and comfort with outreach; Mandarin proficiency requirement

Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented

Able to commit 15–20 hours per week for 12 weeks

Interest in business development, growth, startups, sales, or marketing


Nice to Have

Experience in student organizations, marketing, content creation, or outreach

Familiarity with LinkedIn, Handshake, or CRM tools

Basic spreadsheet/data tracking skills
