Qualifications:

• Job qualifications & certifications:
  • 3+ years medical office management experience
  • Must have management experience plus billing/coding background.
  • Billing/coding experience required
  • Strong understanding of revenue cycle workflows
• Skills:
  • Leadership and team management
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of billing/coding processes

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily administrative operations
• Supervise billing and coding staff
• Ensure accurate claims submission and follow-up
• Implement office policies and productivity standards
• Monitor compliance with federal and payer requirements
• Manage staff schedules, reporting, and performance

Physical Examination Responsibilities:

• None or minimal; primarily office-based
