Right now, with economic uncertainty hitting small businesses from every direction — rising costs, tighter credit, unpredictable markets — the demand for what we do has never been higher. Business owners are stressed, underfunded, and actively looking for someone they can trust. That someone is you.
When you fund a client, you become their go-to person for every funding need that follows. The relationships you build in year one mean you're never starting from zero in year two — clients come back, referrals come in, and your book of business compounds instead of resetting.
Since 2014, PMF has opened 26 offices across 4 countries, funded over a billion dollars in deals, and every single one of those offices is run by someone who started in this exact role. Our most recent Team Manager? He started as a summer intern, came back the following summer, and now runs our Midtown Manhattan office. That's not the exception — that's the model.

What You'll Do
- Prospect and reach out to small business owners actively seeking capital
- Support client onboarding, follow-up, and relationship management
- Work live accounts alongside experienced reps — no shadowing, no busywork
- Participate in daily team meetings, strategy sessions, and collaborative training
