I. The Mission: Engineering Confidence in the Innovation Age

In 2026, the "Confidence Gap" is the greatest hurdle for students. While AI handles the routine, Critical Thinking and Creativity have become the most vital "Life Skills" for success.

At Nexplore Midwest, we bridge this gap through hands-on STEAM exploration. Whether students are conducting Lego Robotics experiments, designing for 3D Printing, or learning new creative forms with Origami , they are learning to master the "impossible." We help students build the self-esteem and communication skills traditional classrooms often miss. We are seeking a charismatic STEAM Instructor to lead these programs at Rockland Elementary.

II. Mission Logistics

We believe in clarity and discipline. This specific assignment requires the following commitment:

  • School: Rockland Elementary School.
  • Location: 160 W Rockland Rd. Libertyville, IL 60048
  • Grades: K-2nd and 3d - 5th.
  • Program: Origami, 3D Printing, Lego Robotics and Wacky Science (check our website to know more at https://nexploreusa.com/)
  • Day of Week: Monday to Thursday.
  • Dates: March 31s to May 27th, 2026.
  • Shift Time: 2:45 to 3:45 pm (Arrival required by 2:30 pm for setup).

III. Your Impact at Rockland Elementary School

As the Lead Instructor for this site, you won't just be "supervising." You will be the architect of "Joyful Learning" for 8 to 15 students. Using the Nexplore curriculum, you will ensure that every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday afternoon becomes the highlight of these students' week.

  • Punctuality & Discipline: The school relies on us. You are the type of person who is "early if you're on time."
  • Grade-Level Expertise: You have a natural ability to connect with elementary students and can pivot your teaching style to keep them engaged.

V. Compensation & Growth

  • Rate: $45 per session, plus 50 cents per extra mile after 20 miles in a round trip (each session includes the 15 minutes of prep time and the 5-10 minutes of dismissal).
  • The Training Superstar: Access to our onboarding training before your first session, and have 1-1 or group calls with our Program Success Team if you have any questions about classroom management and leadership skills.
  • Future Opportunities: Successful completion of this mission at Barrington Elementary puts you first in line for our Summer 2026 Super-Camps.
