Our Human Resources team plays a vital role in supporting emerging professionals, coordinating internship programs, and facilitating Department of Defense (DoD) SkillBridge opportunities for transitioning service members.

Learning Experience

The Human Resources Internship provides practical, real-world experience in HR program management, recruitment coordination, SkillBridge facilitation, and employee engagement. Interns work closely with experienced HR professionals to understand how talent pipelines are built, supported, and sustained within a growing organization.

You'll gain exposure to internship operations, military-to-civilian transition pathways, digital recruitment strategies, and HR best practices across the personal development and wellness landscape.

Key Responsibilities

πŸ“Œ Internship Program Management

  • Assist in developing and executing internship programs, including recruitment, onboarding, and mentorship coordination
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand department needs and support program logistics
  • Help maintain documentation, schedules, and communication workflows

πŸŽ–οΈ SkillBridge Hiring & Military Transition Support

  • Support the SkillBridge hiring process for transitioning service members
  • Coordinate with DoD SkillBridge representatives and military installations to identify candidates
  • Assist with documentation, scheduling, and communication throughout the transition process

πŸ“£ Digital Talent Outreach

  • Use digital platforms and professional networks to support talent acquisition and job placement initiatives
  • Develop strategies to reach diverse candidate pools and strengthen employer branding

🀝 Employee Engagement & Culture Support

  • Assist with engagement initiatives such as surveys, events, recognition programs, and internal communications
  • Help foster a positive, inclusive, and mission-aligned workplace culture

πŸ“š Learning & Development

  • Stay informed on HR best practices, compliance considerations, and industry trends
  • Collaborate with the HR team to support training, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
  • Familiarity with internship program management is a plus
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and passionate about talent development and inclusive hiring
  • Availability for team meetings:
    • Mondays @ 9:00 AM MST
    • Wednesdays @ 10:00 AM MST
    • Fridays @ 8:00 AM MST
    • SkillBridge participants: Thursdays @ 9:00 AM MST
