Skillify and Kinship Labs are two products built by the same small engineering team. Skillify runs career workshops and mentorship programs for students — we've reached thousands of students across 220+ schools. Kinship Labs (kinshipcomms.ai) is the AI-powered relationship management platform that powers Skillify and helps other organizations maintain personalized, human connections at scale across SMS and email.

 We're hiring 5 paid interns across 5 different tracks. One application — indicate your preferred track in the form.

 QUICK FACTS
 • Location: Las Vegas, NV (Summerlin office) — in-person
 • Duration: 3 months, full-time (40 hrs/week, Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 5 PM)
 • Stipend: $1,000/month
 • Path to full-time: Strong performers may be offered a full-time role at program end
 • Level: Bachelor's or Master's (Master's preferred for most tracks)

 1. AI Engineering Intern
 Engineer production prompts, evaluate AI agents rigorously, and ship LLM features at Skillify and Kinship Labs.
 Strong fit if: Master's in CS / Data Science with NLP, ML, or AI coursework. Familiarity with Python or JavaScript.

 2. AI Automation Intern
 Turn manual business processes into AI-powered automations using N8N, Hermes, Make, Zapier — connect tools, ship reusable AI skills, save the team hours.
 Strong fit if: Bachelor's or Master's in CS / Information Systems / Business Analytics. Comfortable learning new tools quickly.

 3. Data Science Intern
 Build production dashboards and run analytics on real customer data. Surface insights that drive business decisions across both platforms.
 Strong fit if: Master's in Data Science / Statistics / Information Science. Proficient in SQL; comfortable with Python (pandas, numpy).

 4. Product Design Intern (UI/UX)
 Design real product across both platforms — UI, prototypes, and design systems that ship to real users. Not portfolio mockups.
 Strong fit if: Bachelor's or Master's in UX Design / Interaction Design / HCI. Portfolio in Figma.

 5. Software Engineering Intern
 Build full-stack features end-to-end in React/Next.js/TypeScript/Node.js/Postgres. Ship code real users interact with daily.
 Strong fit if: Bachelor's or Master's in CS / Software Engineering. Some exposure to web development.

 REQUIREMENTS (ALL TRACKS)
 • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's program (Master's preferred for most tracks)
 • Relevant coursework for your chosen track
 • Strong written and verbal communication
 • Comfortable in an in-person, full-time office setting
