Pay Range: $16.00-$16.80/hr

Available Positions:
Full‑Time Preschool Teacher
- Schedule: Open Availability
- Classroom: Preschool (ages 3–4)
- Start Date: As early as next week or within two weeks
Responsibilities
- Implement KinderCare’s research‑based curriculum while meeting the unique needs of each child
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
- Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth
- Build strong relationships with families, children, and center staff
- Partner with center leadership to support enrollment, engagement, and classroom goals
- Maintain positive relationships with licensing authorities, community partners, and families
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Interest in Early Childhood Education (experience preferred but not required)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification
- Ability to meet state licensing requirements for the role
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and engage in activities with children
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
