Sweetwine Enterprises (Remote | 3-Month Program)

Sweetwine Enterprises is a remote life coaching agency exclusively for current and former athletes at all levels and any sport (high school, college, pro). We serve clients fully online.

This is a non-clinical role. We provide life coaching support only. We do not offer therapy, counseling, diagnosis, or mental health treatment. This is not a fitness, nutrition, or strength & conditioning role.

Sweetwine Enterprises is an early-stage company focused on expanding its reach and connecting with athletes across the country.

This internship plays a direct role in company growth by helping build our lead pipeline and connect with potential clients.

You will work directly with the CEO/Founder throughout your internship.

Internship Overview

We are bringing in a Fully Remote Lead Generation & Outreach Intern to support identifying potential clients and building our lead pipeline.

Your role is simple and focused:
find athletes, start conversations, and guide them toward our services.

This internship is ideal for those interested in:

Commitment

  • 2 consistent days per week
  • fully remote
  • 3-month internship program
  • evaluation checkpoints throughout

This is an uncompensated role for the duration of the internship.

Responsibilities

  • identify and research potential athlete leads (current or former athletes)
  • add qualified leads to the company lead tracking system
  • initiate outreach through social platforms (DMs, engagement, etc.)
  • start conversations with potential clients
  • guide interested individuals toward the website and client interest form
  • maintain organized and accurate lead tracking
  • follow simple outreach systems and scripts provided by the company

Requirements

  • strong communication skills
  • consistent and reliable
  • comfortable reaching out to new people
  • self-motivated and disciplined
  • organized and detail-oriented
  • willing to follow a structured outreach system

Preferred

  • former/current athlete (not required, but encouraged)
  • interest in business, sales, or entrepreneurship
  • comfortable using social media platforms

This role is strictly focused on lead generation and outreach.
This is not a coaching, content creation, or operations role.
