Fall 2026 Virtual Human Resources Internship


 

As a Human Resources Intern here at Braathe Enterprises you will gain meaningful,  hands-on experience working in a virtual, client-facing environment. . The internship offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including recruitment planning, resume evaluation, and career-focused research. You will develop key HR skills by reviewing client resumes and providing constructive feedback, designing recruitment strategies to enhance company talent, and conduct industry research. In addition to practical experience, Human Resources Interns will also be afforded a new network of peers within the HR  field and a mentor to assist them through the internship.


 

Responsibilities

  • Complete various HR projects ranging from start-ups to well-established businesses
  • Evaluate and critique resumes.
  • Identify and match job opportunities to candidates by aligning roles with their interests, skills, and experience.
  • Conduct interviews 
  • Draft and revise job descriptions to align with evolving company needs.
  •  
  • Execute research projects on current practices, research, policies, and trends in the HR field 
  • Create blog posts or record podcast episodes relating to a variety of Human Resources topics
  • Utilize recruitment platforms like LinkedIn and Handshake to source candidates
  • Maintain personnel and candidate-related documentation through Excel


 

Requirements

  • Seeking to gain HR experience
  • Willing to provide 5-7 hrs a week towards internship projects/opportunities
  • Self-starter and comfortable  working in a virtual environment
  • Must be currently attending high school or enrolled in a college/university program (Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field preferred)
  • Access to reliable Internet
