Your AI CMO, subsidiary of Mi Terro Care, is building the world’s first fully autonomous AI Chief Marketing Officer. We’re not another analytics dashboard or content suggestion tool — we’re building an AI system that actually does the work: scanning websites, fixing SEO issues, writing and publishing articles, posting to social media, building backlinks, and monitoring competitors, all on autopilot, 24/7.

AI Algorithm & Agent Engineering Intern

What You’ll Do

  • Design, build, and deploy autonomous AI agents that perform real marketing tasks (SEO fixing, content generation, social posting, backlink outreach) without human intervention.
  • Architect multi-agent workflows using frameworks like OpenClaw, Harness Agent, LangChain, and CrewAI to orchestrate complex marketing automation pipelines.
  • Optimize AI provider selection and fallback chains (Gemini, Groq, Kimi, OpenRouter) for cost, speed, and reliability.
  • Build and maintain circuit breaker patterns, retry logic, and health monitoring for AI infrastructure.
  • Develop prompt engineering strategies that produce consistent, high-quality outputs across different AI models.
  • Implement real-time website analysis algorithms that detect SEO issues, content gaps, and growth opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks (OpenClaw, Harness Agent, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar). This is not optional. We need someone who has actually built agents, not just read about them.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and/or JavaScript/Node.js.
  • Understanding of LLM APIs (OpenAI, Google AI, Anthropic, Groq) and how to build reliable systems on top of them.
  • Experience with prompt engineering, chain-of-thought reasoning, and tool-calling patterns.
  • Bias toward action. We don’t need researchers, we need builders who ship.

Bonus: experience with web scraping, SEO analysis, or social media APIs.
