William (a subsidiary of Mi Terro Care) is an AI companion for emotional wellbeing. Not a chatbot. Not a meditation app. An AI that actually understands you, by learning from your conversations, your screen time, your sleep, and even what you tell ChatGPT and Claude when you think nobody’s listening.

We’re building the first product that stitches together signals from every corner of someone’s digital life and synthesizes them into one emotional profile.  The result: an AI that notices your anxiety is rising before you do.

We’re a lean, fast-moving team. We ship daily.  We don’t do meetings about meetings.

User Growth Intern

What You’ll Build

Get William to 10,000 users in 90 days. You own the funnel: awareness → signup → onboarding → retention → conversion. You’ll use AI tools aggressively, not as a novelty, but as a multiplier.

 

Specific Projects

  • Build and execute a TikTok/Reels content engine, 3-5 short-form videos per week, emotional hooks, "AI that actually cares" angle
  • Manage the Kickstarter campaign launch (targeting mid-May 2026), page content, backer communication, stretch goals, daily updates
  • Build referral and ambassador programs, therapy influencers, mental health advocates, AI early adopters
  • Execute Product Hunt launch, build hunter relationships, prepare assets, coordinate launch day
  • Grow the social media presence to 10K+ followers and massive engagements
  • Set up and manage community: Discord, Telegram, or in-app Tribe feature for early users
  • Track and report growth metrics weekly: CAC, CPL, activation rate, D7 retention, conversion to Pro

 

You’re a Fit If

  • You’ve grown something from zero, a side project, a newsletter, a TikTok account, a Discord server. Anything with real users, not just followers
  • You understand paid acquisition (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) at a hands-on level
  • You can write copy that makes people feel something, not corporate marketing speak
  • You use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway) daily in your own workflow
  • You’re comfortable with analytics: UTM tracking, funnel analysis, cohort retention
  • You can create short-form video content (doesn’t need to be polished, needs to be authentic)
  • Bonus: bilingual English/Chinese
  • Bonus: experience with crowdfunding campaigns (Kickstarter, Indiegogo)
  • Bonus: you’ve personally experienced the problem William solves: anxiety, burnout, late-night-AI-venting, and you care about fixing it
