Position Summary
Oversees the organization’s information technology strategy, infrastructure, and operations in support of organizational goals. Provides leadership and direction for IT teams, systems, and initiatives to ensure technology solutions are secure, reliable, and aligned with operational and strategic priorities. Serves as the primary point of coordination between IT and other departments, ensuring technology supports efficiency, compliance, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and oversee the organization’s IT strategy, policies, and long-term technology roadmap

Lead and manage IT teams, including setting priorities, assigning responsibilities, and evaluating performance

Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and applications to ensure reliability and scalability

Ensure cybersecurity, data protection, and risk management practices are effectively implemented

Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology procurement processes

Collaborate with department leaders to identify technology needs and deliver effective solutions

Oversee development, implementation, and maintenance of IT policies and procedures

Monitor system performance, outages, and incident response efforts

Support onboarding, training, and professional development of IT staff
