Sales/Marketing Internship

As an Aflac sales intern, you’ll learn how to:

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies using social media, networking, and referrals to identify potential clients.
  • Perform a needs-based analysis to understand employer objectives, pain points, and coverage gaps.
  • Learn and apply effective sales techniques to navigate buyer behaviors and overcome objections.
  • Gain hands-on experience in delivering compelling sales presentations both virtually and in-person.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with policy enrollments and claims support.

Preferred skills/experience:

  • One semester of volunteer experience or student organization involvement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong decision-making skills, and the ability to organize and prioritize work.
  • Actively enrolled in an undergraduate program
