Sales/Marketing Internship

As an Aflac sales intern, you’ll learn how to:
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies using social media, networking, and referrals to identify potential clients.
- Perform a needs-based analysis to understand employer objectives, pain points, and coverage gaps.
- Learn and apply effective sales techniques to navigate buyer behaviors and overcome objections.
- Gain hands-on experience in delivering compelling sales presentations both virtually and in-person.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with policy enrollments and claims support.
Preferred skills/experience:
- One semester of volunteer experience or student organization involvement.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong decision-making skills, and the ability to organize and prioritize work.
- Actively enrolled in an undergraduate program
