Your Persona
Transcendent Endeavors is seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated, conscientious individuals who will become the next generation of leaders and innovators. Fellows are an integral part of groundbreaking projects that address societal challenges. We invite undergraduate students, graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, and early career professionals with a desire to redefine the status quo to join our growing startup. Fellows who join will use their specific expertise to support NIH-funded research and development projects in a fast-paced environment.
Focus: Business Strategy & Market Launch Fellow
We are about to release a new language access solution suite that will bring much needed innovation for advancing health equity. The selected Fellow will work closely with our team to develop and execute a high-impact go-to-market strategy, gain hands-on experience in fundraising and investor relations, build and manage strategic sales pipelines for hospitals, IDNs, and health plans, and craft compelling marketing and thought-leadership initiatives to drive brand growth. Engage directly with healthcare executives, investors, and key stakeholders to accelerate adoption and make a lasting industry impact.
Requirements
- Currently in or recently graduated from an MBA or similar program
- Strong interest in healthcare, startups, sales, and / or fundraising
- Experience in strategy, marketing, business development, or finance preferred
Fellows work on one or more of the following products
Aqueduct disseminates personalized messages and leverages the power of tailored rewards to reduce medical appointment no-shows.
Blossom supports language development, early literacy, and home-school connections through an online multilingual education platform where children and adults can read stories together in customized blends of two languages.
Canopy enables health systems to address language barriers and provide the best care for patients with limited English proficiency through a suite of cutting-edge products to train, recognize, and support bilingual healthcare professionals.
What to expect
The Fellowship provides an opportunity to work closely with senior executives who are experts in their respective fields. Fellows will interact with an interdisciplinary team of colleagues ranging from the fields of public health research, social sciences, and healthcare informatics, to software engineering, sales, and marketing. This is an unparalleled opportunity to gain firsthand insight into the design of innovative projects, work on transformative solutions that have real world impacts, and accumulate highly valuable experience for future career growth.
Compensation
The fellowship includes a $1,000 stipend and emphasizes valuable training, hands-on experience, and collaboration with experts.
Additional benefits include support with external funding applications, assistance with academic credit requirements if offered by the fellow's institution, potential joint compensation arrangements with the fellow's institution, and a letter of recommendation upon completion of the fellowship.
