Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operator I to support the manufacturing of high-quality medical devices. This role involves working under a microscope to perform assembly, repair, and testing of small, complex components such as pacemakers and implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, repair, and testing of medical device components 
• Work under a microscope for extended periods 
• Handle and assemble small, delicate parts with precision 
• Conduct quality inspection to ensure product standards are met 
• Follow detailed work instructions and manufacturing procedures 
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment 
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals 

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience (MANDATORY) 
• Experience in medical device assembly preferred 
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity 
• Experience working with microscopes 
• Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel 
• Ability to multitask and work in a team environment 
• Strong quality and inspection mindset
