Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role involves customizing workflows, building integrations, and ensuring the platform supports business processes efficiently. You will collaborate with IT teams, business stakeholders, and end-users to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).
- Design and implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations.
- Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow solutions to meet evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure platform security, compliance, and performance optimization.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.
- Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and recommend upgrades or new features.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules like Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Experience with integrations (LDAP, SSO, Active Directory, third-party tools).
- Knowledge of ITOM, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
