Who we are looking for:
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who want to make an impact on skin and wound care through in-home patient visits. You bring the passion—we’ll provide the training and support!
Main Responsibilities (may include but are not limited to):
- Traveling independently to Private Homes, Adult Family Homes, and Independent Living Facilities
- Independently perform wound care, including photo documentation of skin conditions, dressing changes, and UltraMist treatments (pain-free debridement) –seeing approximately 6-8 patients a day
- Apply and remove topical medications and dressings
- Collaborate with our providers virtually through audio/visual visits
- Occasionally assist the provider in person with wound care procedures
- Perform administrative tasks and complete documentation as necessary
- Abide by company safety protocols for every visit
- Participate in regular team meetings for training, team building, and professional development
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned
Skills required to succeed:
- LPN; licensed in Hawaii
- Driving! Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance
- Ability to travel to multiple locations each day within assigned territory
- Ability to multitask while providing compassionate patient care
- This fast-paced position requires standing for extended periods of time
- Computer savvy; Intermediate proficiency using MS Suite: Word, Teams, Outlook, and Excel
- Leadership qualities with the ability to work well within a team of healthcare providers and partner facilities
- Must be self-motivated, punctual, dependable, and able to work/schedule appointments independently
- Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage time effectively
- Ability to respond appropriately to constant change in priorities and services
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people through both verbal and written communication lines
- Must be trustworthy, honest, and have a positive and professional attitude
Compensation: Competitive Pay - DOE
Anticipated Territory: Oahu, HI
This position is classified as: Hourly, Non-Exempt; Full-Time employment
Hours: Typical hours are Monday through Friday; varied hours between 8 am-5 pm HST, no nights, weekends, or call
