SUMMER 2026 FINANCIAL MODELING TRAINING, CAREER MENTORSHIP AND INTERNSHIP PLACEMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
15X is inviting motivated undergraduate and graduate students to complete a 10 week professional training certification program to help advance your prospects in breaking through in investment banking industry.
The program is reserved only for those students that have genuine interest in breaking into this career field. Limited seats as we have limited number of internship placements which we negotiate with boutique M&A firms.
The training covers financial modeling, pitching and creating deal making presentations. Certificate is issued when candidate completes the modules and presents an advisory pitch during our special event called Pitch Day Event.
Internship placement assistance is offered to those that complete the training.

The training program covers two in depth technical modules: financial modeling (4 weeks) and pitching (2 weeks). Afterwards, if the candidate successfully passes the technical training, our managers and career coaches will help you obtain an internship at one of our partner firms. Finally, career mentorship will be provided by our Career Coach to help with networking and writing job applications.
We are seeing massive changes happening on Wall Street in terms of recruiting, career development, and culture. We believe investment banking entry route should be available to ANY STUDENT FROM ANY BACKGROUND that can demonstrate his or her potential and that has sincere desire and interest in working in the field. In other words, we believe that the best future investment bankers are at university and college campuses that Wall Street historically ignored. We don't think it's right or fair or good business for that matter. It's time to end the elitist biased recruitment approaches.
Our program is open UP to only 5 candidates. Seats are limited and we only consider candidates that can prove to us that this the career they want (no career shoppers).

TRAINING DETAILS
The Incubator is the first of its kind training and internship platform that aims to make investment banking careers accessible to any student from any background that has a sincere desire to work in front office investment banking. The program is designed to develop basic proficiency in analyzing companies, building financial and valuation models and creating investment banking style presentations. In addition, ongoing career counseling and mentorship is provided to more effectively manage an already complicated and obscure recruitment process.
The 10-week full time summer training is as follows:
Module 1 – Financial Modeling and Valuation of Companies
- You will build financial models from scratch
- Perform historical company performance ratios analysis
- Value the company using public comps, precedent transactions, discounted cash flow, and build a merger model
- Learn how to think critically to uncover company value drivers
Module 2 – The Art and Science of Pitching
- Introductory overview of the most essential skill to be a deal maker: the ability to pitch
- Learn the difference between pitching and selling
- Build your own pitch for the company that you valued in the Financial Modeling module
- Get on stage during our program graduation (we don’t have an exam…) and pitch your deal to a panel of investment banking professionals specially invited for this event (your first real taste of high stakes pitching)
Module 3 – the Career Implementation Track (which continues until you succeed in getting a job)
- Complete resume review and makeover
- Insider tips on applying to IB jobs
- Individual Bespoke Career Implementation Track for you (which we hold you accountable for executing)
- Ongoing counseling and mentorship
Internship (at one of our partner firms)
- Every candidate that pitches during the Pitch Day event afterwards begins a 4 week internship at one of our partner firms by contributing research and analytical work on a transaction project
- Completing the training and participating in the Pitch Day Event unlocks the internships
- Internships are paid (each candidate will receive internship pay; pay varies by firm)
TRAINING FEE AND
Please bear in mind that our program carries a training and internship search placement fee.
Our entire program is practitioner led and we invest a lot of time into each candidate's training and development over the 10 weeks in the summer (and beyond as part of the Career Implementation Track).
We do offer early bird discounts and a deferred payment options to need based candidates.
All internships are paid.
