About the Role

TriSphere Apps LLC is seeking a dedicated and organized Human Resources Manager to help support and oversee internal HR operations across our growing volunteer and internship teams.

The HR Manager will play a key role in helping create a positive, organized, and professional environment for volunteers, interns, and leadership members. This role will work closely with recruiting leadership, project managers, and company leadership to support onboarding, team development, communication processes, and organizational structure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with onboarding and orientation processes
  • Help maintain volunteer and intern records
  • Support team communication and engagement initiatives
  • Collaborate with recruitment leadership on staffing needs
  • Help develop HR policies, procedures, and organizational workflows
  • Assist with conflict resolution and professionalism guidance
  • Track onboarding completion and internal documentation
  • Support performance feedback and team development initiatives
  • Help improve organizational structure and HR operations
  • Coordinate with department leaders to support team success

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Human Resources, recruiting, administration, or leadership roles
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Interest in startup operations and team development
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain professionalism
  • Experience with onboarding, HR systems, or people operations is a plus
  • College coursework or involvement in HR/student leadership organizations preferred
  • Familiarity with Handshake, scheduling systems, or applicant tracking systems is beneficial
