What You'll Own
- Building and optimising email flows in Klaviyo welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, product launch sequences
- Setting up and running SMS marketing campaigns alongside email
- Reading Shopify analytics and Google Analytics 4 to understand what's working, what isn't, and why
- Segmenting our customer list for targeted campaigns around product drops and seasonal moments
- Supporting the funnel from ad click to purchase to repeat buyer identifying where we lose people and fixing it
- Helping prepare data and performance reporting ahead of our US market launch
What We're Looking For
- Studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, E-commerce, or similar
- Genuine interest in DTC e-commerce and retention marketing you follow brands, you notice when emails are good
- Exposure to or curiosity about Klaviyo, Shopify, Google Analytics 4 you don't need to be an expert but you need to be ready to move fast
- Analytical mindset you're comfortable in spreadsheets, you ask why before you act
- Self-directed you don't need to be managed line by line, you flag problems and propose solutions
- Bonus: experience or interest in beauty, skincare, wellness, or Japanese culture
