Entry-Level Systems Engineer
Have you ever wondered how complex weapon systems are designed, integrated, tested, and delivered to support the Navy and our nation's defense?
As an Entry-Level Systems Engineer, you'll join a multidisciplinary team developing advanced modular weapon systems that operate across air, land, and sea platforms. You'll work alongside experienced engineers and scientists to help transform mission needs into real-world capabilities for the warfighter.
This position is ideal for recent graduates who enjoy solving complex problems, working across technical disciplines, and seeing how hardware, software, and operational requirements come together to create a complete system.
What You'll Do
- Support the development and integration of advanced weapon systems.
- Work with engineers and end users to understand mission needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Participate in system design, testing, analysis, and evaluation activities.
- Help develop and document system requirements, plans, and technical recommendations.
- Collaborate with software, computer, test, safety, and configuration management teams.
- Analyze system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in technical meetings, design reviews, and project discussions.
- Present findings and recommendations to team members and project stakeholders.
