AlterKnit New York is a specialty garment restoration company serving clients nationwide. We are seeking a Business Systems Engineer to help develop and improve the systems that support our operations.

We use Zoho One as our primary platform and are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, building systems, and improving processes.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain our Zoho environment

Build workflows and automation

Integrate our website, UPS shipping systems, and RingCentral phone platform

Create reports, dashboards, and operational tools

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and business processes

Qualifications

Strong problem-solving ability and systems thinking

Ability to understand and design business logic, workflows, and process flows

Experience with CRM systems, automation, software development, databases, or systems integration

Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects

We do not expect applicants to know every system we use. However, you should have experience building, configuring, supporting, or improving technology systems through work, school, freelance projects, or personal projects.
