GTM Intern (Equity Opportunity)

Responsibilities:

• Reach out to provided leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn

• Book product demos and close deals — full sales cycle ownership

• Follow up consistently and manage your own pipeline

• Collaborate directly with the founder for support and feedback

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills — especially on the phone

• Self-motivated with a competitive, results-driven mindset

• Ability to work independently and manage your own time

• Prior sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation Breakdown:

• 20% commission on every deal closed

 

Close 5 deals in a month and pocket $200–$2,340. No cap
