Responsibilities:
Candidate Recruitment & Placements
- Collaborate with team leads to thoroughly understand clients’ roles and expectations.
- Create Boolean searches on various recruitment platforms including, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, Dice, and Bullhorn.
- Source prospective candidates through multi-touch recruitment methods utilizing cold outreach via phone calls and email, job platform messaging, and network referrals.
- Conduct video-interviews to evaluate candidates’ previous experiences, current responsibilities, career goals, and salary expectations to determine qualifications related to client job requirements.
- Represent candidate to client opportunities based on experience and skill qualifications.
- Support candidates throughout the client interview process by providing interview preparation and debriefs, fielding questions and concerns, and extending client job offers.
- Collaborate with Account Managers across the organization to ensure all appropriate opportunities are presented to candidates.
Relationship Management
- Build and establish professional relationships with candidates.
- Maintain consistent communication with placed candidates to ensure they have everything they need to be successful.
Sales
- Consistently achieve monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI metrics).
- Support RightClick’s business development efforts by strategically gathering market knowledge from business conversations with candidates.
- Participate in virtual and onsite client meetings with the sales team.
Requirements:
- Professional internship (4+ months).
- Experience in a client-facing position.
- Desire to work in a sales environment where the ability to learn quickly and adapt is important.
- Innately competitive and driven by personal and professional goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with a variety of different personality types.
- Basic understanding of Information Technology (IT).
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
