We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Remote Customer Care Administrator to join our growing team.
Position Summary
The Remote Customer Care Administrator serves as a key point of contact for clients, providing administrative support, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and online communication channels
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships
- Assist with client onboarding, documentation, and account updates
- Schedule appointments and coordinate communications between clients and advisors
- Maintain accurate customer records and databases
- Process administrative requests and ensure timely follow-up
- Support enrollment and benefits-related administrative activities
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members when necessary
- Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1–3 years of customer service, administrative support, healthcare, insurance, or related experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Previous insurance or healthcare industry experience is a plus
