Campus Founding Partner

We started Crew Dog with a group order for our rowing team. Two years later, we're in 100+ schools and 60+ retail stores.

The way we got there? Through our Campus Founding Partners - students who are already plugged in to each school’s culture and want to do something impactful while they're in school.

This semester we're expanding our network. Here's is some information on what it looks like:

→ Run custom apparel deals for orgs, teams, and clubs at your school

→ Earn 11% commission per order ($150–$450 typical payout, with bonuses)

→ Work 2–3 hours a week - fits around your schedule

→ Build real sales, marketing, and entrepreneurship skills

→ Build your resume + unlock new opportunities (you’ll grow your network, get real experience, and have a strong story for internships/jobs)

→ Get free Crew Dog merch

It feels more like something you do for fun than a side job. You're already going to those orgs, those games, those houses. You're just bringing something people actually want.

The best fit for this role: students in Greek life, club sports, or student leadership who like the idea of building something and working with one of the fastest growing companies in this space.

Our program is currently activating at BU, Cornell, Vanderbilt, UF, Northeastern, UMD, Lehigh, LSU, Williams, and 15+ more - while constantly expanding our network on all campuses.
