Social Media & Content Creation Intern

Lil Smiles Shop is a growing personalized gift, apparel, and party boutique in Holmdel, NJ seeking a creative and motivated Social Media & Content Creation Intern.

This hands-on role is ideal for a student interested in marketing, communications, digital media, or content creation. The intern will help create engaging content for Instagram and TikTok, capture photos and videos in our shop and at events, edit reels, assist with content planning, and help grow our brand presence online.

Responsibilities:
• Create photo and video content for social media
• Edit reels and TikTok videos
• Assist with content planning and posting
• Photograph products, parties, and events
• Stay current on social media trends
• Support marketing initiatives and brand growth

Qualifications:
• Comfortable using Instagram and TikTok
• Creative, organized, and self-motivated
• Strong communication skills
• Basic photo/video editing experience preferred
• Interest in marketing, social media, or small business

Flexible hours available throughout the summer and school year. This is a paid position with opportunities to gain real-world experience in social media marketing and small business operations.
