Sales Development Intern

We're looking for a Sales Development Intern to help build and scale our outbound engine. This is a hands-on, build-from-scratch role: you'll be on the front lines generating pipeline, talking to prospects, and figuring out what actually works. We have early playbooks and messaging in place, but we want you to test new angles, develop your own approaches, and bring ideas we haven't thought of yet.

What You'll Do

• Research and build target lists. Identify and qualify relevant leads and accounts, digging into their use cases, industry, and decision-makers to inform smart, personalized outreach.
• Run outbound campaigns across every channel. Reach prospects via LinkedIn, email, and, most importantly, cold calls. This is a high-activity role where conversations matter, and a lot of the action happens on the phone.
• Put AI to work. Orchestrate and leverage AI tools to multiply your output — scraping and enriching leads, drafting and personalizing outreach, optimizing scheduling, and booking business meetings.
• Test, measure, and iterate. Try different lists, messages, channels, and tactics; track what's working; and double down on the winners.
• Keep pipeline organized. Log and maintain your activity so we can see what's driving results.

What We're Looking For

• Motivated and driven — you're hungry to get things done and don't need to be chased.
• Willing to get your hands dirty — you'll do the unglamorous prospecting work and learn from it.
• An experimenter — you like running tests, trying new ideas, and chasing down leads and methods to see what sticks.
• Strong interpersonal skills — you can strike up a conversation with a stranger, build rapport quickly, and handle a cold call without flinching.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and excited to work in a startup where the playbook is still being written.

Prior sales experience is a plus but not required — we care more about hustle, curiosity, and coachability.
