Title: Investor Relations Intern
About the role
UnBound X operates UBverse, a private markets platform that connects vetted issuers with investors. We are looking for an Investor Relations Intern to support our investor coverage efforts. You will help us reach investors, introduce the mandates available on our platform, and keep our outreach pipeline organized and moving. This role works directly with our deal and platform team and offers a close look at how private capital raises come together.
What you will do
- Conduct outreach to investors by phone and email to introduce opportunities available on the UBverse platform
- Qualify investor interest and route engaged investors to the appropriate team member for follow up
- Schedule calls and meetings between investors and our team
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and investor responses in our CRM
- Help prepare and organize approved outreach materials
- Support the team with research on prospective investors
What we are looking for
- Currently pursuing a degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field
- Strong verbal communication and comfort speaking with professionals by phone
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage a high volume of outreach
- Interest in private markets, venture, or capital raising
- Professional written communication
