Test Center Administrator
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Test Center Administrator to support daily operations at a professional testing facility in Abilene, TX. This is an onsite, structured role focused on maintaining a secure and organized testing environment while delivering a positive experience for test candidates.
This position is ideal for individuals with backgrounds in administrative support, customer service, education support, libraries, healthcare offices, or front‑desk roles who are comfortable following procedures and working independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in test candidates in a professional and courteous manner
- Verify identification and strictly follow testing and security procedures
- Monitor testing rooms to ensure compliance with established rules
- Provide clear instructions to candidates before and after exams
- Complete required documentation and maintain accurate records
- Prepare, organize, and reset testing rooms as needed
- Address basic issues or questions during test sessions while maintaining exam integrity
