About YOPE

YOPE is a private, close-friends-first photo messenger. Friends share real daily moments that land on each other's lock screens, build into a shared memory wall, and turn into weekly recaps. We're growing fast across the US, UK, Canada, and Australia, and creators drive that growth.

The Role

A paid creator internship, not a one-off brand deal. You'll run a dedicated TikTok and Instagram presence for YOPE, making short-form video that shows the app in real, everyday life. You'll work with our growth team, get weekly creative sessions and feedback, and build a real portfolio.

It's performance-based: you earn per result, with viral and original-idea bonuses on top of base performance pay. Top performers move onto a fixed monthly deal after the first month. You keep everything you create.

What You'll Do

  • Start with a qualifying week: 10 videos in 7 days
  • Post 30+ short-form videos per month across TikTok and Instagram (our concepts + your own ideas)
  • Show YOPE naturally in real friend moments, not as a polished ad
  • Test hooks and formats, then adapt based on what performs
  • Join weekly creative sessions and act on team feedback

Who You Are

  • Eligible to work and based in the US, UK, Canada, or Australia
  • An active TikTok creator who posts consistently (any account size)
  • Deep understanding of Gen Z and Gen Alpha audiences and short-form trends
  • Have a close friend group you can create content around
  • Comfortable on camera, reliable on deadlines, able to post at volume
