Luxury Travel & Guest Experience Intern
Greek Concierge is a private concierge house attending to a considered circle of travellers in Greece — its islands, its coast, its quiet interior. We are opening a paid internship for a student of hospitality, travel or the liberal arts who wants to learn how bespoke travel is truly made.
What you will do
- Research Greece's finest properties, tables, voyages and experiences, and build briefing notes the house relies on
- Draft bespoke itineraries under the guidance of a concierge, learning how a journey is composed detail by detail
- Support guest correspondence and enquiry handling, observing the standards of discreet, unhurried service
- Help maintain our partner directory (villas, hotels, yachts, guides, restaurants) and our events Calendar and House Notes
- Contribute research and writing to our editorial, on subjects from island seasons to the culture of a single harbour
What you will learn
- Bespoke itinerary design and deep destination knowledge
- The service standards and correspondence of luxury hospitality
- The fundamentals of supplier and partner relationships
- Research and editorial craft for a discerning brand
Who we have in mind
- Currently studying hospitality, tourism, travel, communications or a related field
- A genuine feel for Greece, and for travel that reveals rather than performs
- Careful, literate written English; attention to detail others miss
- Comfortable working remotely, with some overlap with Central European hours
The particulars
- Remote, worldwide. Part-time during term or full-time for a summer cohort
- 10–12 weeks / one semester, with a named concierge as your mentor
- Paid — a monthly stipend, stated with this posting
- On completion, a portfolio of your published research and itineraries, and formal verification of hours where your programme requires it
