PA Residency Requirement

Students from another state who are currently residing in Pennsylvania and enrolled at a Pennsylvania college, university, or technical school, are eligible to apply. However, if hired, you must establish Pennsylvania (Commonwealth) residency within six months of your employment start date.

Salary:

Aging Care Manager 1: $36,718.50/yr

Aging Care Manager 2: $38,395.50/yr

Works with older adults from initial contact with individuals, their families and professionals  through ongoing care management responsibilities. Includes specialized duties (Protective Services, Care Transitions, Person-Center Counseling, etc.) Maintains a caseload of consumers and is involved in necessary areas of assistance. May regularly coordinate services with physicians, community agencies, financial institutions, etc. Works 37.5 hours (full-time) per week plus on-call hours when required. Some out of County overnight travel may be required.  Employee manages multiple tasks, paying close attention to detail, which includes completion of paperwork, work assignments and meeting deadlines.
