As a Lead Physical Security Specialist, you will use your knowledge and experience to optimize business results and customer experience by:

  • Ensuring compliance of physical security access control standards at all CDC campus locations throughout the various geographic locations; Initiating, developing, and identifying
    staff and other resources to complete the assignment.
  • Planning and implementing the work as well as resolving most conflicts and failures that occur regarding all facets of issuing PIV credentials CDC-wide across 12 PIV issuing facilities (PCIF) located in Morgantown WV, Pittsburgh PA, Spokane WA, Cincinnati OH, Anchorage AK, San Juan PR, Fort Collins CO, Hyattsville MD, RTP NC and three PCIF in the greater Atlanta, GA area.
  • Serving on HSPD-12 focus groups with the OSSAM Systems Engineer to address and make recommendations on division and OPDIV-wide issues and initiatives.
