Help Build the Operational Foundation of Tasty Exchange
Campus NIL Corporation is the creator of Tasty Exchange, an innovative student dining and engagement platform launching at colleges and universities across the United States.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented undergraduate student to serve as our Accounting & Business Operations Intern.
This position plays an important role behind the scenes by helping ensure that eligible students receive their digital restaurant gift cards accurately and efficiently. You'll assist with redemption processing, student eligibility verification, spreadsheet preparation, vendor coordination, and other operational responsibilities that support the national expansion of Tasty Exchange.
This paid part-time position provides valuable hands-on experience in accounting, business operations, financial administration, spreadsheet management, data analysis, and operational workflow management while supporting the launch of an innovative national student platform.
Responsibilities
- Review student redemption requests for completeness and accuracy.
- Verify student eligibility for participation in the Tasty Exchange program.
- Prepare Microsoft Excel spreadsheets for submission to our digital gift card processing vendor.
- Maintain accurate redemption and payment records.
- Reconcile redemption reports and identify discrepancies.
- Assist with data entry and operational reporting.
- Help maintain organized financial and administrative records.
- Maintain confidentiality of student information.
- Perform other accounting and business operations duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
- Current undergraduate enrollment.
- Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related business discipline is preferred.
- Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and large data sets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.

Weekly Performance Expectations
The Accounting & Business Operations Intern is generally expected to:
- Work 5–15 hours per week.
- Process student redemption requests accurately and promptly.
- Verify student eligibility according to established program guidelines.
- Prepare accurate vendor spreadsheets for digital gift card processing.
- Maintain organized electronic records.
- Meet established weekly performance goals.
- Participate in one weekly virtual team meeting, as needed.
Compensation & Recognition
- $10.00–$15.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications (or applicable state or local minimum wage where required).
- Flexible work schedule.
- Valuable professional experience in accounting, finance, business operations, spreadsheet management, and data analysis.
- Interns who consistently exceed performance expectations and make exceptional contributions to the success of the program may be considered for discretionary performance bonuses.
