Salary: $91,458-$150,904/Annually - Salary is Negotiable (Employees will receive 5% below the negotiated pay rate during their probationary status.)
Responsible To: Application Services Manager
Summary: This position is responsible for the strategic direction, engineering discipline, and operational reliability of the Oneida Nation’s enterprise data platform, including data ingestion, warehousing, and analytical delivery. The Data Operations Supervisor ensures systems are built with a focus on reliability, traceability, and scalability, overseeing raw ingestion, structured modeling, and analytics enablement across Business Units. This is a working supervisory role requiring hands-on technical involvement in architecture, pipeline development oversight, and data platform design using modern, code-based tooling. The role collaborates with business and technical stakeholders to deliver structured, maintainable data solutions aligned to organizational needs.

- An Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Three (3) years supervisory experience in an Information Technology environment.
- Five (5) years of experience working with data systems and SQL in a production environment.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
