Genesys Consultant

Voxai Solutions Inc. is looking for a “Genesys Consultant” with Master's, or equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Security, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related.

Duties: Designing, configuring, testing, and deploying Genesys suite of products. Designing, developing, testing, and deploying sophisticated custom applications integrating with Genesys. Managing troubleshooting and resolution of Genesys and other ancillary call center technology issues. Responding to and estimating project proposals and consulting engagements. Providing consultation to the client on best practices and solutions to enhance their business operations.
Providing on call support forcomplex issues related to the Genesys solution and other ancillary call center technologies.
 

Job Location:
635 FRITZ DRIVE SUITE 220, COPPELL TX 75019. Job may require some travel in the US with expenses paid by employer. 40 hrs per week. Applicant must be authorized to work in the United States.  Send resume to VOXAI
