Entry Level Machinist
We are looking for someone who is mechanically inclined, willing to learn, attentive to detail, and takes pride in producing quality work. Training will be provided as the employee develops their skills.
Responsibilities
- Learn to safely operate CNC lathes and mills
- Assist with machine setups, tooling, and material loading
- Learn to read blueprints and manufacturing instructions
- Learn to use basic inspection and measuring tools
- Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality requirements
- Help troubleshoot production issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support production goals and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Strong desire to learn and develop new skills
- Reliable, motivated, and willing to take ownership of assigned work
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work well with others
- Comfortable working in a growing manufacturing environment
- CNC or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
