Sales & Leadership Intern (College Internship)
Seasonal | Full-Time | May–August (with Extended Season Opportunities)
We're looking for motivated, competitive college students who want to develop real-world business, communication, sales, and leadership skills while earning significantly more than a traditional summer internship.
This paid summer internship provides hands-on experience in customer acquisition, consultative sales, relationship building, and professional development. Interns work directly with homeowners to educate customers on residential pest control solutions while gaining valuable experience in communication, goal setting, time management, and leadership.
No previous sales experience is required—we provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing coaching throughout the summer.
What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners to provide free home service consultations.
