Instructional Design Intern Part Time
Join the Humanitarian Department as an Instructional Design Intern and support the Church’s global mission to care for those in need. This is a unique opportunity to create learning solutions that strengthen service efforts and reflect eternal gospel principles in action.
Responsibilities

Design Learning Content:
Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify needs and help build engaging, effective instructional materials. -
Support Learning Operations:
Assist in organizing resources, managing content updates, and ensuring accessibility across platforms. -
Leverage Technology:
Explore and support e-learning tools and platforms that improve the learning experience. -
Work Cross-Functionally:
Partner with internal teams to align instructional materials with organizational goals and service initiatives. -
Evaluate and Improve:
Help collect feedback, analyze data, and contribute to the continuous improvement of training programs.
Qualifications
- Must be a current temple-worthy member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated (within last year) from a relevant undergraduate or graduate program
- Strong interest in instructional design, learning & development, or organizational development
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Familiarity with instructional design principles or e-learning platforms is a plus
Internship Details:
- 28 hours/week for approximately 12 months
- Hybrid schedule: Mon–Wed in office, Thurs–Fri remote
- Standard office hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Pay: 23.00/hr
