Position Overview
Sweetwine Enterprises is a remote life coaching agency for current and former athletes where we help with goal setting , life planning, identity building, confidence and everything athletes deal with during and after sports. We are a young company founded by a former college basketball player. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Operations Intern to work directly as the Executive Assistant to the CEO. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated student interested in business leadership, entrepreneurship, operations, and executive management to gain hands-on experience inside a growing company in the sports industry dedicated to supporting current and former athletes.
This is not a traditional administrative internship. As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will help maximize the CEO’s effectiveness by managing priorities, improving organizational efficiency, coordinating projects, and ensuring important initiatives continue moving forward. You will play an integral role in the day-to-day operations of the company while gaining firsthand exposure to executive decision-making and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Executive Assistant to the CEO by supporting daily operations and executive priorities.
- Coordinate the CEO’s schedule, meetings, and project timelines.
- Prepare meeting agendas, record notes, and track action items.
- Follow up with internal team members, interns, partners, and other stakeholders on outstanding tasks.
- Organize and maintain company documents, SOPs, and operational resources.
- Monitor ongoing projects and provide status updates to the CEO.
- Assist with planning and coordinating company initiatives, meetings, and special projects.
- Help improve internal systems and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive business information.
- Support executive communications by preparing drafts, organizing materials, and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Perform additional executive and operational support duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- Current senior undergraduate student or graduate student (Master’s or MBA preferred) pursuing Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Operations Management, Project Management, Sport Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Professional judgment and discretion when working with confidential information.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace and a willingness to learn new software and systems.
- Interest in startups, business operations, leadership, or entrepreneurship.

Schedule: 10–15 hours per week, approximately 3 days per week for 3 months. This is a fully remote internship with flexible scheduling. Candidates must be available to attend one recurring weekly meeting with the CEO and respond to time-sensitive communications during scheduled work hours.
