Meet the Teams
The Human Resources Department at Millennium covers the full spectrum of HR disciplines and delivers high-touch, impactful solutions that help optimize organizational performance and support a strong employee experience. Within this environment, the HR Business Management team helps strengthen how HR operates by improving processes, supporting HR reporting and data quality, and enhancing the infrastructure, controls, and operating model that enable the function to scale effectively. You will be part of a collaborative, fast-paced team that partners across HR to support both day-to-day execution and broader strategic initiatives. 

 

What You’ll Do 

  • Partner across HR teams to support programs and initiatives that help attract, retain, and engage employees across the firm 
  • Collaborate with HR team members to review existing processes and develop recommendations for improving efficiency, consistency, and scalability 
  • Provide support to HR leadership on day-to-day priorities and special projects, including the exploration of AI tools to enhance HR’s operations   
  • Support efforts to improve the organization and governance across HR systems and processes Maintain and enhance HR data quality by validating information and resolving data issues, including reconciling HR travel budgets  
  • Support the development and maintenance of HR reporting tools to aid decision-making and project tracking. 
  • Help organize and manage operational data to enable effective planning and execution across HR 

 

What You Bring  

  • Graduating with an undergraduate degree between December 2027 to June 2028. 
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.5 or above 
  • Strong interest in Human Resources and business management  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large data sets and translate findings into clear insights 
  • A proactive and inquisitive mindset, with a genuine interest in exploring opportunities to enhance HR processes and systems. 
  • Proficiency in Excel(including tools such as PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and nested IF statements) Word, and PowerPoint 
  • Strong attention to detail and a high standard for accuracy, ownership, and follow-through 
  • Eager to dive into a variety of tasks, ranging from big-picture projects to day-to-day detail, with a can-do attitude and a commitment to getting the job done. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams 
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-moving, high-pressure, and constantly changing environment with a strong sense of urgency 
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion; experience with HR systems, applicant tracking systems, or enterprise platforms is a plus 

 

Salary Range  
The estimated base salary range for this position is $75,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future.
