Role Overview
Connex AI is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager Intern to support the planning, execution, and delivery of key projects. The intern will work closely with founders, developers, and cross-functional teams to track projects, coordinate tasks, and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.

Type: Internship (Part-time / Full-time)
Duration: 3–6 months (with potential extension)
Compensation: Unpaid
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing product and operational projects
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and operations)
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones
- Maintain project documentation, workflows, and reports
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
- Assist with testing coordination and release planning
- Identify risks and proactively suggest solutions
- Ensure clear communication between stakeholders
- Maintain project boards using tools such as Notion, Trello, Asana, or Jira
- Prepare status updates, meeting notes, reports, and dashboards for leadership review
Qualifications
Education
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred)
- Comfort working in fast-paced startup environments
- Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset
- Familiarity with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or Notion
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience in startup environments
- Knowledge of healthcare or AI/tech industry
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, ClickUp, or Monday.com
- Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
