In-House Marketing Representative (Full-Time)

Location: South Mountain Resort | Lincoln, NH
Schedule: Full-Time, including weekends and holidays as business needs require
Department: Marketing
Reports To: Marketing Manager

About the Role

Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking an energetic and motivated In-House Marketing Representative to join the team at South Mountain Resort in Lincoln, NH. In this guest-facing role, you will engage resort owners and guests, promote vacation ownership experiences, and generate appointments for sales presentations. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting new people, providing exceptional service, and working in a performance-driven environment.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage resort guests in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Educate guests on Hilton Grand Vacations products, benefits, and vacation experiences.
  • Generate qualified tour appointments for the Vacation Ownership Sales team.
  • Build rapport with guests and identify vacation interests and travel needs.
  • Promote resort activities, amenities, and special offers.
  • Meet or exceed established tour generation and attendance goals.
  • Maintain accurate guest information and appointment records.
  • Work closely with Sales, Front Desk, Concierge, and Resort Operations teams.
  • Ensure a positive guest experience while representing the Hilton Grand Vacations brand.
  • Participate in training programs, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of experience in hospitality, customer service, retail sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable approaching and engaging guests.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic computer and data entry skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in vacation ownership, timeshare, hospitality, or tourism.
  • Previous lead generation, promotions, or appointment-setting experience.
  • Familiarity with the White Mountains region and local attractions.
