Position Summary

We are seeking a creative, coachable, and technically capable AI & Business Automation Intern. You will work directly with our AI & Business Automation Lead to build practical AI solutions and automated workflows for real business needs.

This role will involve GoHighLevel (GHL), AI-assisted coding, business-process automation, technical troubleshooting, and workflow development. We are looking for someone who communicates well, contributes creative ideas, follows project direction, and takes ownership of assigned work.

Responsibilities

  • Build and improve workflows and automations in GoHighLevel
  • Use AI tools to assist with coding, development, and troubleshooting
  • Connect software platforms, forms, pipelines, and communication tools
  • Help create automated processes that improve business operations
  • Test workflows, identify errors, and resolve technical issues
  • Research AI tools and recommend practical business applications
  • Organize and document automations and technical processes
  • Follow project requirements, instructions, and deadlines
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and results clearly
  • Contribute creative ideas and practical solutions
  • Protect confidential client and company information

Qualifications

  • Strong general computer and technology skills
  • Foundational knowledge of coding or scripting
  • Interest in AI, automation, software, and business systems
  • Experience with GoHighLevel, APIs, webhooks, Zapier, Make, or similar automation tools is strongly preferred
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed coursework in computer science, information systems, software development, business technology, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Ability to follow instructions, accept feedback, and learn quickly
  • Creative, curious, dependable, and solution-oriented
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
