CandyJar Campus Ambassador

About the Role

Are you the friend who always has a show recommendation ready? The one organizing movie nights, running between five club meetings a day, or the unofficial pop-culture authority in your group chat? We want you.

As a CandyJar Campus Ambassador, you'll be the face of the app on your campus, introducing your peers to their next binge-worthy obsession and building buzz IRL and online.

What You'll Do

Every Ambassador is unique and every campus is different, so we want you do to whatever you need to do to get your friends and campus community to signup for CandyJar. The ambassador who has the most sign-ups by the end of the semester will receive a $7,500 bonus.

Along the way, we'll supply you with merch, collateral, and really anything you need to make a splash and drive signups using your unique referral link/code. We've got ideas, but we want to hear yours too.

Host watch parties and screenings for your friends, dorm, or org
Talk up CandyJar to classmates, clubs, and total strangers
Post about CandyJar on your own social channels
Represent CandyJar at campus events, fairs, and org meetings
Share feedback on what content and shows resonate with your peers

What We're Looking For

Currently enrolled undergraduate student
Highly social, plugged into campus life (clubs, sports teams, greek life, student government, etc. all a plus)
Experience as a brand ambassador is a plus
Genuine love of pop culture, drama, and storytelling
Comfortable talking to strangers and getting people excited
Active and engaging on social media (TikTok/Instagram)
Self-starter who can work independently and hit the ground running

Perks

$1,500 base stiepend per semester
$7,500 bonus for the ambassador with the most signups by end of semester (20% chance of winning)
