We're looking for a motivated college student to join us as a Marketing & Sales Intern and help us grow our customer base.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional internship where you'll be given a list of tasks to complete.

You'll be given a real product with a target audience, and the freedom to develop your own strategy for generating sales.

You decide how you want to market and sell Hello Family.

There is no single prescribed sales method. You are encouraged to identify opportunities, experiment with different approaches, and focus on the strategies that produce the best results.

You might choose to:

Create social media content
Build a TikTok or Instagram strategy
Reach out to influencers and content creators
Develop referral or affiliate partnerships
Contact local schools, churches, businesses, or family organizations
Participate in local events
Develop email or digital marketing campaigns
Experiment with paid or organic marketing
Identify new customer groups
Develop creative promotional campaigns
Come up with an approach we haven't thought of yet

We're more interested in your ability to identify opportunities, test ideas, and generate results than following a predetermined marketing plan.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute your own customer acquisition strategies
Research and identify potential customers and marketing opportunities
Test different sales and marketing approaches
Track your results and determine what is working
Communicate regularly about progress, challenges, and opportunities
Build relationships with potential customers, partners, and influencers
Generate new sales for Hello Family
Analyze your results and adjust your strategy accordingly

Compensation

This is a performance-based internship, meaning your earning potential is directly connected to the customers you generate.

Earn $8 for every new Hello Family subscriber you personally generate.

To qualify for the commission, the customer must complete their initial 30-day subscription period.

Monthly performance bonuses are also available:

10 new customers: $80

25 new customers: $200

50 new customers: $400

100 new customers: $800

The more customers you generate, the more you can earn.

All sales will be tracked through a unique referral link, code, or other agreed-upon method so that your sales can be accurately attributed to you.
